With your self-starter mindset and organizational skills, you will help solve the company's most important challenges.

• Work directly with Carsten, Karim, and Felix (the WorkMotion Co-Founders) by actively participating in the coordination and management of all topics that are important to the overall company
• Schedule, prepare, and moderate management meetings with a clear drive to results, and follow up on the implementation of agreed-on action items
• Directly assist in fundraising efforts and investor relations
• Own the tracking of company-level and departmental OKRs and supercharge their achievement
• Independently analyze and reevaluate existing processes across the organization to uncover cross-departmental bottlenecks
• Support individual teams on an ad-hoc basis by owning projects to create impact where it’s needed most
• Help with hiring for key roles and training when needed

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university (MBA is a plus), and have graduated in the top 10% of your class
• You have 3+ years of total work experience preferably in management consulting (top-tier), VC, or a relevant function at a hyper-growth startup
• You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver strong results and impact business decisions in a dynamic environment
• You are an absolute self-starter with an independent working and learning attitude
• You do everything in an extraordinarily structured manner - from organizing your personal to-do's to approaching complex business challenges
• You are familiar with the concept of venture capital investing, and technology business models
• You can't wait to dive into this unique opportunity of scaling up a company from startup phase to market leadership
• You are fluent in English; German would be a plus
