What does a Customer Success Lead at CoderPad do?
As our first Customer Success Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our top customers. You’ll work hard to ensure they are happy using the CoderPad products, leveraging the right features and having smooth onboarding and renewal experiences. This role reports to the CEO.
Sample Projects:
- Creating a playbook for managing accounts, ensuring feature adoption and driving customer happiness
- Establishing relationships with various stakeholders at our largest customers - including developers and recruiters
- Experimenting with communication tactics and channels to engage and build out relationships with our customers
- Build out a dashboard for monitoring and tracking customer usage and adoption
- Partnering with marketing, engineering and user research to ensure strong communication on product and customer needs
- Helping to define the role of customer success for CoderPad and ensuring customers are happy while reducing customer churn
Success Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer success roles in SaaS companies
- Willing to be player today and grow to coach over time as we build out team
- Quick learner, independent thinker
- Passion for dev tools and familiarity with dev community
- Customer success management experience a plus
- Passion for data analysis and metrics, SQL knowledge a plus
