Job DetailsSenior Specialist, Executive Communications and Presentation Design

Are you a visual communicator, passionate about translating complex business concepts into simple, compelling stories through presentations and other communications channels?The Senior Specialist, Executive Communications and Presentation Design will partner closely with our SVP, Employee Success to educate and inspire key audiences - both internal and external. They will be responsible for articulating our vision for talent initiatives that generate real business value through impactful visual and written communications and presentations. Success in this role requires the ability to translate data and insights into crisp visual formats and write thoughtful change management communications.As part of the Employee Engagement Team you will help establish key messages and storyboard narratives, and then translate them into unforgettable, on-brand visual communications and short and long form content.You are a self-starter and avid learner who's creative and passionate about the success of your business partners. You're also a brilliant communicator with a solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.Primary Responsibilities:

+ Create the narrative and graphic elements for custom business presentations, to effectively communicate business initiatives and goals

+ Deliver complex data and insights in an easy-to-digest visual format that meets our brand standards and style guidelines

+ Facilitate feedback from key stakeholders to design clear, well organized, uncluttered presentations with optimum visual quality, messaging, and performance

+ Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning to ensure the narrative and ongoing marketing engages and aligns with our company values

+ Lead copywriting for change management communications including reorganizations and new leader announcements

+ Write memorable, engaging communications across internal channels [e.g. email, blogs, digital screens, Chatter (our internal social network), etc.] to drive awareness of key initiatives

+ Track engagement metrics to identify key learnings that will help improve future programs and communications

+ Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to deliver a unified narrative

Requirements:

+ At least three (3) years of professional presentation design experience

+ At least three (3) years working with executives

+ Operates with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

+ Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

+ Motion graphics and video experience a plus.

+ Strong copywriter who can help translate complex information into crisp narratives

+ Proven success developing and executing communication plans and strategies

+ Experience storyboarding

+ High-end presentation design skills including data visualization, animation, builds, dynamic charts, etc.

+ Experience and/or interest in working on a global team supporting multiple time zones

+ Must thrive in a high velocity and constantly evolving work environment

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Duarte or similar presentation design training/certification a plus

+ Email marketing experience a plus

+ Likes working collaboratively and knows how to have fun
