The teams you work alongside every single day will have a different problem to take on, and understanding how to best approach their problems will be the key to your success. It's a fun combo of design and coding, with a hint of UX research mixed in. As part of the Design System team you will be able to work with designers across the entire business who work on products including Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and more. You should be someone who can be empathetic with our users, but also knows when it's time to drive forward and craft the best interactions possible.
