As Docebo's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for the NA region you will collaborate heavily with our Sales team to generate net new leads, and accelerate deals that are in our pipeline. Docebo is looking for an experienced and creative B2B Marketer who understands the value of working with Sales to achieve results - i.e., quality over quantity of leads, opportunities generated, and ARR.

Reports to: Senior ABM Manager

Location: Toronto ON, Athens GA, or Remote in North America

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales to create and execute regional-specific multi-channel multi-touch marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze lead data to create target audiences for campaigns, i.e., contacts that have engaged our website but have yet to speak to sales, contacts that have seen a demo but have not performed any actions since.
  • Leverage tools like Demandbase, Zoominfo, and Hubspot to determine the accounts and contacts Sales should prioritize.
  • Work with Sales to create effective direct mail campaigns using Sendoso.
  • Analyze the performance of our content in the NA region  to determine if it is effective in increasing engagement, and provide feedback and recommendations for net new content pieces to be created
  • Work with our content team to build personalized resources for our ICP accounts such as dedicated 1:1 microsites, videos, and infographics

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and tactics
  • Experience using Demandbase, Engagio, Sendoso, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
  • A strong desire to deviate from the norm and bring new and innovative ideas to the table

Preferred Requirements:

  • Graphic Design Experience
