Account Executive (North America) Commercial Team This role needs to be based, or able to work, in the following time zones: UTC-7, UTC-8, UTC-10 At Award Force, we work closely with our prospects to guide them through each step of the decision process and help prepare them to be long-term clients. Account Executives work with qualified opportunities providing online demos, product information, and ongoing communication through to welcoming new clients. We have solid sales traction with a much-loved product which has well-and-truly found market fit, and you’ll be helping to accelerate our growth. As a respected member of our remote global sales team, you will be well supported with the tools, knowledge and answers you need to provide exceptional levels of service. Responsibilities Close new business consistently at or above quota Become an expert in SaaS for recognition programs Uncover and build relationships at all levels Proficient use of our sales technology stack Build and maintain pipeline momentum Manage the sales process from qualified lead, online demos, proposals and close Master and maintain knowledge of product, market and technology trends Energetically embrace our global mission!
