Role: Account Executive

Your responsibilities:

Account Executives are responsible for developing a dedicated territory/vertical and managing SaaS applications prospect and customer accounts. This involves the coordination of all activities across product marketing, business development, and account management. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market research to find answers and provide recommendations about consumer requirements, habits and trends within dedicated territory
- Managing international client and prospect accounts, supporting technical application of our SaaS solutions
- Working in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers to identify and execute go-to-market product strategy
- Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
- Providing technical recommendations to optimize software solution offerings for client accounts
- Further development of marketing and sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams

What we are looking for:

- Excellent domain product knowledge (preferably SaaS or Business Applications)
- Strong background in managing and developing international business opportunities
- SaaS product marketing experience
- Technical account management experience
- Customer interaction excellence - ability to negotiate & influence a C - level
- Salesforce specific product knowledge preferred
- Ambition to succeed and progress in the organisation to senior and leadership positions
- Education to Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business and/or Marketing
- Willingness to travel
