This position is a fit for you, if: You have some experience with affiliate marketing and are looking to expand your hands-on experience You are a quick learner who thrives on new challenges and desires to master the digital space You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, have a high attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating with others who are awesome Responsibilities: Manage affiliate marketing campaigns from budget monitoring to maximizing ROI Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate program Nurture and maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure a positive partnership Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and/or bonuses for the affiliate program Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of experience in an affiliates role Ability to quickly turn around assignments with acute attention to detail Fast Learner, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A good understanding of tracking technology Experience: Affiliate Marketing: 1 year (Required)
