Agile Project Manager (Multiple states) Full-Time Mid Level CivicActions is a dedicated, fun-loving team, looking for some talented folks to help us bring revolutionary digital services to government agencies and the people they serve. Description For this role, you will be project managing two medium-sized projects, managing the budget, deliverables, and process. You’ll do this alongside an amazing scrum team and dedicated clients. You should be comfortable in a consulting or professional services environment, in addition to working with cross-functional agile teams. Responsibilities Project planning and concise budgeting Project reporting to track budget, velocity, milestones, and risks Contract management Scope analysis and management via active backlog grooming and road mapping ScrumMastering – conducting ceremonies, ensuring the team is on process and training the client Client management and support Ensure transparency, balance and agility Skills Agile project management (scrum, kanban) Superior communication Risk analysis Conflict resolution Emotional intelligence (EQ) High-pressure navigation Critical thinking Budget management Location We are a fully distributed remote team within the U.S. You can work from home or find a great co-working space.
