You'll join a team that is passionate about driving focused partner marketing programs that win hearts and minds and fuel growth, trust, inspiration and success for our partners and customers.Job SummaryAs an Analyst for the Partner Marketing team, you will support marketing priorities with Global System Integrators with a focus on balancing what we define as Market To, Market With, and Market Through initiatives. You will work closely with the global Partner Marketing team to support the integration and execution of marketing programs and events into joint Partner strategies to deliver value and impact the business. You will have an opportunity to work directly with partners to help align and amplify marketing opportunities across our matrixed organization. Serving as a collaborative business partner to the Partner Marketing team team as well as partner points of contact, you will help establish synergies, efficiencies of scale in our partner activities, and be a champion for transparent internal communications that help convey and demonstrate the value of partners to Salesforce stakeholders.You will be expected to coordinate and manage high profile projects, competing priorities, support events, and initiatives as well as liaison with our Corporate and Industry marketing teams to identify value-additive opportunities for partners. Serving as a collaborative business partner to the Partner Marketing team, the Analyst will deliver new ideas, drive focus, and take initiative to execute programs in coordination with the team.This is an individual contributor role that will be expected to navigate and coordinate with a cross-functional team to organize and execute activities that generate pipeline and showcase customer success. You will need excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing stakeholders and be accountable for results. A data-driven mindset and analytical capability is key for understanding and optimizing joint demand generation campaigns, budgeting, and opportunity flow.The Analyst role requires a dynamic and flexible marketing professional with a proven history of success leading and coordinating integrated marketing programs. This position requires strategic thinking as well as hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2B marketing and a wide range of go-to-market activities.Responsibilities

+ Understand the global consulting partner business and unique business plans to support a focused marketing strategy and programs.

+ Coordinate with Partner Marketing team and stakeholders with clear communication, project planning, and resource management.

+ Lead and support execution of co-marketing campaigns and tactics including internal and external events, demand generation programs and communications.

+ Maintain budget prioritization and vendor management to optimize the impact and results across assigned projects as well as reporting on campaign outcomes and business impact.

+ Own all aspects of campaign management from setup to member statuses to reporting and optimization on outcomes and pipeline impact.

+ Orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the partner and corporate marketing organization as needed.

+ Assess effectiveness of existing communication vehicles and programs, continually develop and test new programs to drive partner awareness and engagement.

+ Work collaboratively with other Salesforce marketing teams, such as corporate marketing and industry marketing to engage partners.

+ Apply analytics and data to accurately measure the marketing strategies and tactics.

Preferred Requirements

+ Strong people and communication skills and ability to collaborate and connect the dots among diverse stakeholders.

+ 3-5+ years of high-tech marketing or alliances experience including campaigns, events, communications, preferably with a fast-growth company.

+ Strong project management skills and an ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a very high velocity, shifting environment.

+ Partner marketing experience with focus on systems integrators.

+ Experience using Salesforce technology including reporting and analytics dashboards a plus.

+ Analytical, with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive key marketing strategies and decisions

+ Bachelor level degree with communications or marketing focus.

+ Sense of humor.

+ Curiosity and ability to approach challenges with a "what if" mind-set.
