This role is a full time remote opportunity.
The Analytics Lead is responsible for acting as an oversight for all client and internal facing analytics strategies, implementations and executions and leads the paid team and or pod internally. This role will also work with our Business Development/Sales Team in support to lead sales on STN Digital’s organic social media and analytics offerings.
Purpose of the position:
60% Executing overall strategy and upkeep for client reporting and analytics
30% Overseeing Analytics Department (Analytics Manager)
10% Owning Audit + Playbook services in liaison with Partnership and Client Services team
Act as lead client-facing point of contact for all Analytics on client-facing accounts
Working as pitch lead for any analytics new business pitch/request
Directly managing platforms and QAing social analytics results
Owning Social Audit + Playbook offerings and working directly with Partnerships team to manage and execute lane of business
Lead cross-agency integrated marketing programs by participating in briefs and work sessions, contributing to the overall planning process, defining projects and campaigns.
4-5 years of social media management experience
4-5 years of experience with social media data analysis, reporting and campaign tracking
A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
Analytical skills including comfortability with Excel/Google Sheets
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strategic thinker with great analytical skills and comfortable with dynamic reporting
