As part of the release of our mobile app software we are hiring App Store Optimization managers to lead our publishing teams in publishing and maintaining hundreds to thousands of mobile applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play tore.
# Responsibilities
* You will lead and coach a team of app publishers responsible for:
* Reviewing apps for publishing
* Setting up ASO guidelines for BuddyBoss customers
* Develop an expertise in regards to key App Store specificities and make sure these criteria are being efficiently implemented.
* Optimizing search keywords, product descriptions and reviews to improve rankings.
* Influence the creation of screenshots, videos, icons to improve conversions and install rates.
* Help setup monitoring and reporting on keyword rankings, install rate, and effectiveness of experiments for thousands of mobile apps.
* Stay current on the latest innovations in app store optimizations and app store changes for both iOS and Google Play.
# Required Skills and Experience
* Experience with publishing apps on the Apple App Store and or Google Play Store
* Experience with ASO
* Experience managing Google Developer and Apple Developer accounts
* Ability to communicate ideas effectively and influence design teams
* Ability to lead and work autonomously
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them through to implementation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
