Are you a versatile, problem solver and creative storyteller? Are you looking to learn how to effectively communicate complex and technical business concepts in persuasive visual presentations?

A Communications Designer Success Graduate is responsible for creating successful visual presentations, graphics and media that will appeal to a wide array of audiences.

This role will work closely with our UX designers, creative strategists and Sales teams to help presenters organize complex information in simple ways to tell their stories to the world.

This individual must be a talented designer and collaborator, familiar with evolving best practices and passionate about developing visual presentations that balance business objectives with great storytelling. The role requires a self-starting recent graduate who's collaborative, creative and passionate about the success of our customers.

By the end of the program, you will gain deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce applications and the force.com platform. Complete necessary SFDC Certifications.


Who are we looking for?

• Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Initial experience crafting and designing high-end presentation decks
• Portfolio of University or Personal Projects that demonstrates a range of work representing multiple visual approaches, techniques, target audiences and content types.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with mastery of PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• You are fluent in English
• You are ambitious, curious, proactive and flexible
• You are a strong communicator and team player
• You have exceptional organisational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritise
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
• You are a driven person interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
• Available per 1 September 2019 for a full-time role

What you will be doing?

• You will work alongside senior specialists in Solution Engineering teams
• You will acquire official industry standard Salesforce certifications
• You will build up your technical and consulting skills and work on real life customer and internal projects
• You will work on cross-functional business projects with other graduates across multiple locations
• You will learn to solve business problems and add business value
• You will build and configure Salesforce solutions for customers
• Hands-on contribution on assists / projects when needed
• Build expertise on all Salesforce products and equip the team on the same
• Define presentation objectives during the discovery process and decide which presentation formats and tools to use for the business challenge at hand.
• Visual problem solving - deconstructing complex information to simplify and abstract for easier audience digestion.
• Adept at shifting gears between the whiteboard to sketch book to Adobe CS.
• Addressing design challenges and can clearly articulate a step-by-step approach for a final solution.
• You own the process of design from concept to completion and implement presentation standards that reflect the Salesforce brand.
• You will participate in extensive training and mentoring. With our strong coaching culture, we aim to develop you into a world-class Business professional.
