Serve as a technical champion and trusted adviser for your accounts. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Associate Solutions Architect to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will partner with Red Hat’s account executives to achieve sales attainment goals through technical leadership both internally and with your customers. You’ll participate in the discovery of business and technical challenges to solve problems that map to Red Hat’s solutions. You will own the development of the technical account plan for your top customers, help facilitate the coordination of domain experts, support associates and partners, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. As an Associate Solutions Architect, you’ll need to have excellent communication and people skills, foundation of technical expertise, passion for open source, and a thorough understanding of business processes and IT problems faced at the enterprise level.
