Department Description: テクニカルアーキテクトは、エンタープライズ領域における、技術的なアーキテクチャ決定に対する責任を持ち、インテグレーション、ビジネスソリューションを適切な形で組み合わせ、顧客のニーズに合った最も効果的なクラウドベースのテクノロジーやソリューションを提供します。システムと開発アプローチの両側面から、ソリューションとアーキテクチャのビジョンを描き、顧客のトランスフォーメーションを成功へと導きます。 Role Description: - Salesforce製品の専門的な知識をもち、お客様やパートナー様と共にビジネスニーズに合った適切なソリューションを提供する - プロジェクトのビジョンと方向性の決定を行い、開発プロジェクリード、及び成果物の評価に責任をもつ - システム全体のアーキテクチャ設計を行う - 実行基盤を構築する（フレームワークおよびライブラリ） - 開発方式（戦略）を立案する - 開発ガイド・規約の作成、開発基盤の整備を行う（IDE、構成管理ツール、課題管理ツール、など） - 実装品質を確保するためのテスト戦略立案・実行・リードする - プロジェクトにおいて実装上の技術・その他の課題を解決へと導く - プロジェクトチームメンバーのメンタリング・育成を行う - お客様やプロジェクトメンバー等のビジネスパートナーと深くコミュニケーションをとりより良い関係性を構築する Your Impact: TAの候補者はミドルマネージメント、もしくはそれ以上のレベルのマネージメントを通じ、技術サイドとビジネスサイドのリソースを横断して、効率的な活動を行う必要があります。 候補者は、エンタープライズビジネスソリューションの技術的なデザインと、開発に対する深い造詣に加え、フロントとバックエンドのアーキテクチャに対して自分自身が実際に行ってきた経験と実績を元に、プロジェクトを成功に導く必要があります。 Basic Requirements: - エンタープライズソフトウェアソリューション(CRM, ERP等)の技術コンサル経験とソリューション開発経験 - 新しい技術の活用を行いながら、お客様とプロジェクトメンバーと協力してプロジェクトを成功に導くリーダーシップ - プロジェクトメンバーのメンタリングやマネジメント経験 - ウォーターフォール/アジャイル形式の開発手法に関する知識 - ビジネスプロセスの分析スキル、アーキテクチャデザインの経験 - エンタープライズインテグレーションツール(ESBs,ETL Tools)と、エンタープライズシステム(CMS,ERP,HRIS,DWH/DM等)における一般的なインテグレーションのデザインパターンを含む、Webサービス、データモデリング、エンタープライズアプリケーションのインテグレーションコンセプトに対する理解 - 柔軟なコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル - プロアクティブな姿勢、新しい技術に対する強い探究心 Preferred Requirements: CRMの経験、Salesforceの経験があれば尚可 Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
