Position: We currently have a need to bring on a full-stack or back end engineer to work virtually with our team in Argentina full-time.

We are an innovative new recruiting services provider who is focused on disrupting the recruiting space. Our new platform is the first modern recruiting platform that has been designed by senior recruiters from Silicon Valley. We have just finished our MVP and need an engineer to begin working with our team to help take it to the next level. 

Who are we looking for?

• Experience working with Ruby on Rails is preferred. Alternatively we would consider someone with Python and Django experience. 
• Experience with PostgreSQL and working in AWS preferred (not required).
• Experience with SideKiq is preferred (not required).
• Knowledge of React.js is nice to have
• Though we prefer someone with 2 - 3 years of experience we are open to someone with one year of experience (or someone straight out of school if you can show us some side projects and work that you have been doing on your own, or with others)
• You have a strong interest in learning from a world-class team, and a desire to use automation to convert manual processes into a more seamless system
• Sense of responsibility and ownership. Since we are in recruiting, we have access to a large amount of personally identifiable information, and we need to ensure that data is protected at all times 
• Ability to adapt quickly and a willingness to learn new technologies

What would you do, if hired?

• You will mainly be working on our RoR backend
• You will be responsible for creating a flexible API for our front end team
• You will lead the charge working with third-party APIs of products we want to integrate with
• You will focus on Test automation as well. The MVP needs to evolve and a test-driven-development mindset is a plus
• You will work with our other engineers to develop a CI environment
