You will work on a long-term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise. Archiving Technology Team is responsible to provide archiving technology solutions for messaging, instant messaging, real time communication data such as voice, video and other collaboration media in a compliant and defensible manner. This allows the Legal and eDiscovery Stakeholders to identify, preserve, collect and deliver communication information which is held within the archive.
You will be responsible for analysing the requirements and requests from the business, as well as identifying and assessing change needs within Archiving Technology.
Start your day with the flexible morning hours and:
- Develop a sound knowledge of the business requirements for the Compliance Archive Products
- Liaise with the key stakeholders to understand, scope and document functional requirements, workflows and results of analysis and obtain sign-off
- Work with Functional Lead BA and Project Managers to plan and highlight key risks, issues and dependencies that arise from new projects
- Collaborate and work with platform leads and system architect to ensure solutions align to the IT roadmap for developing the strategic platform
- Assist with the production of High-Level Architecture for solutions, working with architects and engineers
- Assist Product Manager for Compliance Archiving with tasks such as roadmap development, research, market and product analysis, vendor selection
- Collect, analyse, interpret and summarize data in preparation for tracking and presenting data
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- Around 5-7 years of BA experience
- Proven experience of Agile development methodology
- Awareness of regulatory initiatives and experience of working within Records Management, Archiving and eDiscovery
- Strong track record of Business Analysis within Financial Services
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
- Hands-on knowledge of using SDLC tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Quality Centre/ALM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
