Vareto’s product is growing quickly and in order to support hiring across the organization, we’re looking for a Business Recruiter to report directly to our Head of Recruiting, and focus on hiring for non-technical positions. An ideal candidate will be passionate about building a company with an inclusive and supportive culture, have an impeccable reputation for exceptional candidate care, and have the ability to quickly build and nurture a solid candidate pipeline. What you’ll do: 

  • Work closely with our hiring managers and recruiting leadership to determine position requirements, and continue the calibration process in order to find the best candidate for our team
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from defining job requirements to offer delivery
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) and tools
  • Conduct market research relevant to talent acquisition
  • Be data-driven and organized, maximizing the capabilities of our ATS (Greenhouse) as well as other tools’ 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external hiring partners, including staffing agencies, augmented sourcing providers, and others
  • Organize quarterly and ad-hoc employee-referral drives 
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline through job posting as well as virtual and in-person recruiting events as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the rest of the recruiting team 
  • Participate in an Interview Training program for our internal employees

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, specializing in hiring across a myriad of departments, with a focus on non-technical positions
  • Advanced knowledge of various sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to craft and manage compelling candidate outreach campaigns
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master various types of software tools and applications, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), hiring platforms, augmented sourcing tools, and others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and collaborative demeanor
  • Effective time-management and prioritization abilities
  • Authorization to work in the US for any employer
