Created by specialist clinicians and top engineers, our technology platform integrates a health information exchange with telemedicine and predictive analytics, empowering the delivery of effective, empathetic care to our most vulnerable patients.  Curve Health creates a bridge between skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and hospitals, connecting SNF nurses with remote providers to deliver care in place, avoiding an expensive and often traumatic hospital visit. 

The Opportunity

Join a passionate team on a mission to use our service-enabled software to redesign healthcare for the most vulnerable patients in the system. Help us build from the ground up, pioneering a position that merges patient care, product experience, and provider support to help realize the mission of connected care. 

The Care Traffic Controller role is an integral piece of our clinical and operational model, making sure that the patient care experience flows smoothly, that provider time is optimized and that there is a tight feedback loop between user experience and our product team, driving product evolution in line with user feedback.

Responsibilities include
  • Information Navigation for clinicians and site coordinators within SNFs and Provider Groups 
  • Creating a delightful user experience through excellent client support 
  • Supporting skilled nursing staff in getting their patient questions answered timely and initiating care plans
  • Support provider triage by securing key inputs from SNF personnel and EHR 
  • Assist users with basic troubleshooting on the Curve Health platform
  • Maintain a daily log of core activities and user experiences 
  • Provide feedback to help optimize the Curve platform 
Qualifications
  • RN license, or LPN/LVN, EMT, Paramedic, or similar clinical credentials
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Life Support
  • 2 years direct acute patient care experience 
  • 1+ years of experience working within an EHR
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of web and mobile applications with a desire to learn new tech
  • A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done. 
  • Early stage startup or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred; Digital health start-up; Clinical informatics; HealthTech
  • Bilingual skills a plus
