The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team is looking for a Certification Solutions Engineering Intern to join the Solutions Certification Operations team in Pune, India. In this role, you will work with architects and engineers across the industry to certify multi-component solutions. You’ll build high-value relationships while providing personalized, attentive support and guidance to our partners and customers as you try to understand their internal processes and business needs. As a Certification Solutions Engineering Intern, you’ll support our partners across diverse environments, facilitate collaboration with various teams within Red Hat, and advocate on behalf of our partners by working closely with our engineering, research and development (R&D), product management, and global support teams.

• Review test results and apply the results of hardware certification
• Review the hardware specification of our offerings and create test plans
• Communicate with our partners and help them resolve issues during certification
• Submit bugs for the test suite, common weakness enumeration (CWE), and policy
• Constantly learn new things and maintain an overview of current technologies

• Experience with Linux systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware
• Motivated and dedicated to learn and collaborate

The following are considered a plus:

• Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Active scripting and programming skills using Python and bash
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certifications
