As the CHRO for Riiid Labs, you will be responsible for developing and executing global human resource strategy that aligns with the vision of our growing international business. As part of the executive management team, you’ll work directly with other executives and the board of directors, and will influence employee experience throughout the company.
You’ll have the opportunity to manage a growing team of HR professionals in support of your strategic goals. You’re a seasoned global leader, and will use your experience managing diverse employee populations to work effectively across borders, languages, cultures and working conditions.
This is a full-time remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive team, providing proactive, expert advice on all personnel-related issues.
- Ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic initiatives through smart organizational design and strong change management practices.
- Advise executive leadership on matters of management succession, headcount and resource planning, retention strategy, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards philosophy that is competitive, cost-effective, and regionally tailored.
- Lead the global HR team in strengthening HR systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the achievement of Riiid Labs’ vision.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing HR professionals managing talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance globally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience successfully establishing and leading HR practices at early stage, high-growth companies
- Experience as a strategic business partner for technology companies
- Experience managing global, distributed teams
- Strong thought leader with ability to influence other executives and board of directors
- Ability to work well in a multicultural environment
