Posted almost 2 years agoAbout the role § We’re looking for an experienced customer care professional who’s passionate about our mission, shares our values, compassionate, open-minded, attention to detail, self-motivated and can learn fast. § The role is full-time. § The preferred working hours are 8am - 5pm EST, Mon - Fr, we’re very flexible on the schedule as long as your work is done between 7 am and 7 pm EST Mon - Fri. § This is a REMOTE job. Your location doesn’t matter much as long as you’re comfortable working effectively during EST working hours. § Compensation is $33,000 per year. § 7 Paid holidays PLUS 10 Personal Time Off Days per year. What you’ll do § Answer customer requests through our help desk platform or phone § Assisting customers with questions they have about their programs § Assisting people who are not yet customers by answering their email requests for more information § Creating macros and SOPs for our organization § Take ownership for all customer needs within our organization, tracking their registrations, updating their records, following up on their transactions. § Lend a helping hand to the project managers and other team members when needed. Our ideal candidate has: § At least 2+ years experience working in a customer service role § Great communication skills in English § Great with basic technology like email, Facebook, etc. And quick to pickup new stuff. § Basic experience with some form of customer service software. § Experience with Zendesk, Asana and/or Slack is a big plus!
