The Role

Salesforce.com is looking to hire a Program Management Senior Analyst to join the SOX Program team. The successful candidate will have excellent project management, collaboration and communication skills. The role will help run program operations within the SOX Program and assist with fulfilling compliance requirements. Accomplishment will be measured by improvement to overall risk posture, compliance with various regulations and providing management visibility of risk.

Because of the company's business model, we are often challenged with growing and interesting compliance requests. Our goal is to improve the overall compliance posture, by reducing and mitigating financial reporting risk and addressing associated compliance requirements and challenges.

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in project management. Because of our innovative and entrepreneurial culture, we seek individuals who can help drive process improvement and awareness of and adherence to policies and procedures within our ever-expanding global employee base.This role will report to the SOX Program Manager.

Role Responsibilities

? Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the operations of the SOX Program, including preparation of management reporting materials.

? Escalate issues and risks to management; follow-up on issues with management and leadership to help drive to resolutions.

? Evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness and support initiatives to help improve operations.

? Ensure appropriate processes are in place and executed to drive collaboration and alignment within the team and with the broader organization.

? Serve as a role model and be an effective partner with stakeholders within and outside of the department.

? Able to meet reporting deadlines and have "busy season" flexibility.

Required Qualifications and Experience

? 4+ years of project management experience developing, championing, and managing projects.

? Experience in management reporting, data visualization and presentation of the results.

? Experience with project management software.

? Experience with data analytics.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the Company.

? Attention to detail.

? Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a matrix environment.

? Bachelor degree.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

? Industry experience with SEC compliance and regulatory environments related to financial reporting.

? Familiarity with risk management frameworks including COSO, ISO 27001, SOC, SOX.

? Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
