We’re looking for a Content Project Manager to join our Marketing team to help drive the production of written and visual projects to completion on scope and on schedule. As the Content Project Manager, you’ll help drive the production of the world-class written and visual projects created by our in-house Editorial Content Team. This team creates engaging, entertaining, and informative content for an audience of over three million fansand that number is growing every day. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating things that our customers, and the design community in general, will loveand that person should thrive working with a highly creative and strategy-focused team. You’ll be charged with keeping things flowing smoothly and ensuring details don’t get left behind, with success being defined as maintaining a high quality of output while increasing velocity of the content team’s projects. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the Director of Editorial Content, our Video Lead, and our Manager, Project Management. Responsibilities Manage copywriting and video projects from task initiation though production completion Manage legal paperwork and budgets related to contractors and licenses Effectively organize; work breakdown structures, project schedules and our task management system in a way that is easily understood for yourself, your team, and the project stakeholders Run project kickoffs, regular check-ins, and review meetings with production team and stakeholders Communicate needs, next steps, and status to the team and stakeholders Anticipate and creatively solve problems before they strike Be an advocate for following our request and production processes across the department Work with our Manager, Project Management to identify new needs and ways for process improvements What does it take to succeed? Extremely organized Self-driven / proactive, always strive to be two steps ahead of the rest of the team to identify a risk before it becomes a problem Quick thinker the right candidate will always look to find an appropriate solution when the need arises, also during quick turnarounds Empathy and ability to put self in others’ roles to understand what they need to succeed Effective communicator in writing, speaking, and messaging, such that they can write down the next steps in a way that anyone can find and understand 5+ years as a project manager, or similar role Experience using task and resource management software (Fx. Asana, Trello, MS Project, SmartSheets, 10,000ft, Wrike) Excellent people skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Experience in film post-production or live-action filmmaking a plus Experience working with external contractors, studios or agencies a plus BENEFITS & PERKS InVision offers an incredibly unique work environment.
