Contracts Manager REMOTE FINANCE FULL-TIME Degreed exists to discover, empower and recognize the next generation of the world’s expertise. This role requires an advanced understanding of standard and non-standard contractual terms and conditions, as well as superior drafting skills and extensive experience in highly complex negotiations. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously, be highly organized, flexible, manage multiple priorities, and be able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: Prepare, review and negotiate contract documents with our clients, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Data Privacy Agreements Review and negotiate contract documents with our vendors and partners, including but not limited to Referral Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Service Agreements, Master Purchasing Agreements and Consulting Agreements Consult directly with sales and/or the customer contact to bring contractual issues to closure Manage escalations to various cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing and IT security Advise senior leadership on legal, commercial and financial risks associated with contractual arrangements Maintain contract documents, and recommend changes to improve efficiencies, process, accuracy and cost-savings, and participate in their implementation Assist in educating the sales team and other cross functional team regarding contract process Work within and promote all of Degreed’s policies and procedures Work flexible hours as appropriate to the needs of the position Support on special projects as assigned Requirements: Individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract wording Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Proven ability to manage a large workload, without compromising quality SaaS experience is preferred, but not required We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
