Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo's Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredo’s advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer Corporate IT services, including but not limiting to Microsoft 365 platform (e.g. SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Calls, etc.), MS Azure, and other business applications
- Take part in the management of the services through their life-cycle by implementing, operational management and troubleshooting
- Governance of the services, including budget projections and license management
- User access model definition and maintenance for all managed solutions
- Participate in IT projects aiming to improve existing and implement new business-facing solutions
- Work in cross-department teams and cooperate closely with Security department, Service Desk, DevOps and the business organisation
- Ensure proper documentation of the services
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level administration experience in an IT environment
- Proficiency in MS Azure, MS AD and O365 services administration
- Experience with managing Mac environments and Apple MDM solutions like JAMF, Apple Business Manager, etc.
- Proficiency in the administration of instant messaging systems such as Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in document management systems such as Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in administration of Atlassian Stack
- Ability to coordinate troubleshooting with third-party vendors as needed to resolve business-impacting problems.
- Ability to respond to business needs with technical advice and propose relevant, implementable solutions
- Capability to coordinate IT projects, including documentation, communication, and coordination of all components
- Ability to professionally coordinate and assist Service Desk support personnel
- Knowledge of ITIL principles
