Find out more about us in this video.

We’re currently looking for a commercial lawyer with 3-4 PQE experience to join our growing team.

We're looking for lawyers with experience in corporate law and general commercial law, preferably having worked in Australian private practice.

Specialisation in any of the following areas would be favourably considered:

  • Start-up capital raising
  • ESOP/ESS
  • Corporate M&A
  • Commercial contracts
  • Shareholders Agreements
  • Business structuring

Our clients include all kinds of businesses, from local cafes to tech startups, so you’ll always have a variety of work.

This role will also involve training and supervising junior staff, so experience in that area is favourable.

Key skills:

  • Personable, with experience working directly with clients and supervising/managing teams
  • Tech-savvy, able to operate our technology platforms
  • Independent, comfortable working autonomously
  • Efficient, works smart and get things done

Work environment:

This role is open to remote work and either full-time or part-time arrangements.

Our preference for part-time staff is to be available at least 4 days a week (could be half days depending on the circumstances).

You’ll get to work autonomously while being part of an innovative and collaborative team. We have a fully distributed team and take flexible working seriously. Our general approach is that you can choose how you best work, whether it be from home, the office, or somewhere else. For us it’s more than just taking your laptop home - we know that it takes effective project management, communication and transparent accountability to make flexible arrangements work.

We also have an awesome company culture and you’ll always feel welcome working from our office in The Commons Central in Chippendale and at our social events.

If you’re ready to be part of an exciting and growing team that is changing the way legal services are delivered, then we’d love to receive your application.
