We’re on the hunt for a new Designer to join our awesome Marketing team. Reporting into the Content Marketing Manager, but acting as the design leader for the wider business, this is a really varied role - perfect for someone with the passion and experience to head up our internal studio.

You’ll be working with every department (from our Exec and SLT teams, to tech and sales), and you’ll be a positive, proactive team player who can manage multiple projects and deadlines (so exceptional organisational and communication skills are imperative). It’s great if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS before, but not essential.

You’ll have a faultless eye for detail and consistency, feeling totally comfortable taking briefs, interpreting needs and outputting showstopping designs

Requirements

• Presentation design – sales and investment decks, layout design/artworking, diagram creation.
• Digital design – PDF design, digital adverts, social media graphics, email design.
• Motion, video and audio production – such as podcast editing/mixing/mastering, digital adverts, social media assets, product demo animation, subtitling.
• Web design – webpage concepts/design mock ups (no coding required).
• Print design – reports and booklets, event collateral, merchandise, large format environmental design.

A good understanding of UI/UX design is a bonus, for mocking up product concepts.

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition
• Microsoft365
