Job DetailsIn this role, you will work cross-functionally to analyze, implement, and evaluate learning content to enable our internal Customer Success Group (CSG). You are a strategic thinker, enthusiastic educator, and willing to take risks in order to achieve great results. You have the skill-set to influence decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the area of Learning Development through analytics and measurement, change management, production expertise and strong problem solving skills.
The CSG Enablement team is seeking a highly motivated, strategic and energetic enablement professional to help drive the productivity of key roles in the Services organization. The CSG Enablement Manager solves for productivity challenges and opportunities by knowing when and how to leverage existing internal training programs as well as designing new strategic enablement programs to address identified gaps. The Enablement Manager determines the objective, milestone and measures of success for enabling these key roles.. The Enablement Manager also provides mentoring and coaching to the SMEs and regional leaders in regards to positioning and communicating enablement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and articulate Services and Services Sales enablement strategy for a specific target audience working closely with SMEs
- Make data-driven enablement decisions to drive business results (productivity)
- Design strategic solutions to solve for productivity opportunities
- Partner with other stakeholder managers to share best practices and develop high universal standards
- Define measures of success and KPI's for multi-audience programs
- Communicate performance and compliance metrics to stakeholders
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders
- Partner and align in a matrixed business model addressing both regional and global demands
- Stay up-to-date with the changes in the field and incorporate into enablement strategy
- Work cross-functionally to determine learning requirements and develop measurable learning objectives
- Bring a deep understanding of our CSG learners, and be able to put yourself in the mind of the learner
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time-management skills, leadership and judgment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years SaaS sales leadership experience
- 7+ years experience working in Enablement with a proven track record of success.
- Proven track record of working with and influencing CSGs, executives, extended teams, and command respect.
- Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized
- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments
- Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, sales process, and sales leader coaching
- Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
- Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit
- Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling
- Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change
- Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge
- Great interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds. Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.
