We are looking for a full-time Customer Communications Expert NL/BE for our growing Customer Communications Team EU. Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility. If you speak Danishvon a native level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application!

Responsibilities:

• You are the main person of contact for our Danish speaking customers
• You will be part of a global customer communication team
• You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers
• You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon
• You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.

Requirements

• You are passionate about food
• You are a strong communicator
• You speak Danish at a native level
• You have business proficiency in English
• You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
• You have good writing skills
• You are hands-on, and have attention to detail
• You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
