RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding/offboarding/invoicing clients following our checklist Client Invoicing & Payment processing in Stripe and Dubsado Setting up agreements/invoices after received from the sales team Executing internal onboarding processes to ensure smooth onboarding of clients Monitoring payments Getting all back-end information from client so the correct teams can take the next steps Offboarding clients Providing the right ads managers and team members with client account access as needed Supporting and executing the application process for new clients applying to work with Team Hirsh and sending the necessary emails and response as well as tracking all applications that come Updating and supporting with any training material in Clickfunnels for new ads managers Keeping our client sample doc consistently up to date Supporting with various admin tasks needed from the Ads Operations Manager, COO, or CEO to support the ads team Save call recordings to Dropbox after strategy calls REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 40+ hours/week availability for Hirsh Marketing Familiarity with online marketing and online space Extreme attention to detail Defaults to taking initiative, being proactive and seeing when there is something that may need to be taken off the funnel team’s plate Ability to learn quickly, take initiative to use resources to learn, and ask questions when instructions are not clear Prides themselves on their ability to communicate clearly around deadlines, priorities, workload and turnaround times without becoming disorganized within a fast-paced agency environment Extensive knowledge with Google Drive and all the various sheets within it Extensive knowledge with spreadsheets and excel Excellent problem solver who thrives on finding answers to questions or issues they run into and isn’t afraid to solve tech issues through research on their own Exceptional ability to manage time & prioritize projects to get done what’s most important first
