CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGENT
As Customer Success Agent, your goal is to support customers (and their candidates) via chats and tickets, convert them to paid plans, help with the onboarding, drive ongoing adoption, and make sure customers get the full value out of TestGorilla. You also play a big role in running our email marketing campaigns.
- Share our passion for helping companies hire the best faster, easier, and bias-free
- Have 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Have a strong sense of ownership and like to work remotely with limited supervision
- Take pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Have strong written communication skills
- Are tenacious and goal-oriented
- Are very detail oriented and process driven
- Are fluent in English
- Experience with email marketing, HR/assessments, technical trouble-shooting and Hubspot are all a plus
