We need someone who can help teach our customers to create and deploy their events faster and better to the platforms where we can empower communities.  These include registration pages like Eventbrite and Aventri, marketing pages like Salesforce and Marketo, mobile apps, etc.  

• Teach customers to create amazing customer journeys which thrill customers, and inspire advocates.
• Overcome challenges and celebrate victories by communicating performance, achievements and obstacles both internally and externally.
• Create plans to enhance our processes and accelerate as an organization.

• Build relationships with partners to accelerate InGo.
• Help us solve challenges to empower more communities and connect more people.
• Grow with to eventually lead a team.

• 2+ years of experience in customer success.
• History of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a startup.
• Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, and confidence to speak to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
• Proven ability to work and achieve results independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of HTML & JavaScript and familiarity with SAAS technology.

• £27-32k Salary, depending on experience.
