As Customer Success Manager at Bodyport, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successfully onboarded as well as maintain high customer satisfaction. You will be an integral member of a cross functional team, including Sales, Marketing, and Product. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for your clients’ needs (services, support, product management, executive alignment).
