There are about 10 of us, part-time, freelancers, 5 nationalities, in 5 locations. We've been working together for a number of years. We can offer a corporate job without the corporate environment. We've got an established client-base and an advanced product. These positions are either remote or you can use our desks in our Amsterdam or Eindhoven offices. 

LeadBoxer harnesses more than ten years' of hands-on experience and feedback from professional sales teams around the globe. Our core service is registering engagement in order to assist with lead identification. We'll show you which companies and individuals are looking at your site, the pages they look at, the emails they read and lost more. 

About the job

A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

LeadBoxer is looking for a customer success manager who can own the entire post-sales success process (including first-line technical support for new or existing customers) to grow the business.

You will lead customer success initiatives, keep the company focused on customer outcomes and play a large role in directing the future of the product.

This means that once a contract is signed, you will  become the first point of contact  and it is your responsibility to make and keep the client happy and successful with our platform.

Role / job description
  • Understand the customer needs
  • Assist in technical implementation
  • Assist in workflow implementation
  • Schedule and initiate bi-annual calls with all your accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities

 

Requirements
  • Fluent English writing and speaking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, CMS and marketing tools
  • Good social skills and high EQ
  • proactive and Initiative
  • Structured process driven
