As a Customer Success Associate, you are an inquisitive and experienced problem solver, with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are passionate about customer interactions and strive to contribute to an organization designed to make our clients successful by utilizing innovative technology, quantitative processes, and unique data to enhance the workflows of investment management professionals.
You will work to develop and deepen client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth with within the Omega Point client base. Through a consultative approach, the Customer Success Associate will be a trusted advisor to our clients and will identify growth opportunities by understanding our clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for expertly communicating Omega Point's value proposition to investment managers with the goal of maximizing client retention, driving product upsell, and ultimately ensuring Omega Point becomes an integral part of the client's investment process.
