With a strong market need, and a fast-growing organization, PrimeGov is looking for Customer Support Representatives to help us on our mission to be the #1 trusted technology for government. This role will assist with evening meeting support for our customers. This is an independent contractor role that pays $20/hour, with hours as needed, up to 20 hours/week.
How you'd make an impact:
- Learn the ins and outs of our meeting platform
- Act as a subject matter expert on the platform for our customers
- Own pre-meeting support to load all agenda material into the platform
- Facilitate remote live meeting support including activating items, calling for votes, and recording meeting actions
- Provide customers with outstanding technical support and customer service
What we're looking for:
- 2 years experience in a customer support, or other customer facing role is preferred
- Must be able to provide your own computer
- Must be available for evening meetings (typically anywhere between 4:00-10:00pm)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High degree of confidentiality
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
