About the Role

Kisi is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and drive marketing, sales, product and supply chain intelligence. As a data analyst, you will turn raw data into information and insights which can be used to understand business performance and help our leadership team make informed decisions. You will work directly with our department leads and Co-Founders to build ad-hoc reports and dashboards to see high level and focused business objectives. You will report to our CTO in quick feedback loops.

• During the interview process we will assess your SQL, Excel and other skills required for the role.
• We hope that the assessment will be fun - it is based on problems we're facing at Kisi, so the assessment is highly relevant.

Responsibilities:

• Collect: ensure the data we need is collected, cleaned and ingested into our data warehouse

• Review: ensure the data makes sense. Is there any bias in the data? Do we have what we need?

• Analyze: work the data to generate actionable insights and inform decision making

• Synthesize: visualize the data in a way that helps decision makers both ad-hoc and for common operations. Prepare reports for decision makers to benchmark our products, operations, initiatives and more.
  

Requirements:

• You are highly organized, analytical and have very solid intuition for both the big picture and the details that matter

• You question and verify data rigorously to ensure decisions are made on proven grounds

• You’re highly proficient in SQL and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel

• You have 2+ Years of experience in a role working with complex data

• You want a can-do atmosphere and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
