As our Demand Generation Manager, you will own top-of-funnel campaign development and execution, and be responsible for driving more qualified trials to the Visible product.

You will be held to fair but ambitious growth goals and will be expected to analyze and report on the results of all demand generation efforts. As a key contributor to Visible’s success, you’ll be held to high standards and will have a strong voice in the overall vision and direction of company growth. This role reports to our Chief Growth Officer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive qualified traffic to Visible pages
  • Own a monthly trial quota and use a variety of demand gen approaches to meet and exceed it
  • Use your domain expertise to optimize search, social, PPC, retargeting and display campaigns
  • Discover new demand gen opportunities for Visible
  • Identify and manage content distribution and thought leadership opportunities
  • Develop programs to nurture visitors and prospects through the stages of our marketing funnel
  • Analyze and report on all demand generation efforts

Who You Are

  • A confident demand gen marketer with a proven playbook, but the ability and desire to try new things and pivot when necessary
  • At least 3 years of experience in a demand gen role at a B2B SaaS company
  • A planner who knows how to concept, execute on and measure program effectiveness from start to finish
  • Able to easily shift between strategic thinking and smart execution
  • A strong, proactive communicator
  • Accountable for the success of your efforts and accustomed to owning specific KPIs
  • Opinionated, but willing to listen and learn

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in a startup environment
  • Previous experience at a remote company
  • Previous experience marketing a trial-based product
  • Understanding product virality and how it can affect new trial growth
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Segment and/or Hubspot
  • Having a few certifications to your name (Google Ads, Analytics, Hubspot, etc)
