This will be a contract design position, with approximately 10-15 hours per week of ongoing work.

You will report to the Lead Product Designer while providing support to the Product Growth and Marketing stream. Your responsibilities will center around the design of our marketing sites (visor.us), email campaigns, visual design assets. You will also collaborate on advancing our global design library.

Delivering consistent and well documented designs to the engineering stream will require close adherence to the global design library and strong communication. You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with the engineers to ensure the designs are executed to your specifications. That will include updating the design to account for unforeseen requirements and managing a visual QA process before the changes are released.

• Expand on visual design assets and content for the company's marketing site
• Create and expand on email templates and campaigns to spread the word of Visor
• Present design concepts to Design, Growth, and Engineering stakeholders
• Evolve and support our brand standards, global design library, and style guides as our brand continues to scale
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering streams to bring your designs to life
• Complete visual QA to ensure the implementation matches ideal visual standards
• Quickly and effectively execute on multiple concurrent projects

• 2+ years of design experience focusing on marketing materials for the software industry from concept to execution, with a solid understanding of web design principles
• Portfolio with real-world examples showcasing brand, marketing campaigns, and/or advertising projects executed across multiple channels
• You have great storytelling and communication skills, catering to stakeholders of varying levels
• Proficiency using design tools to translate ideas into high fidelity assets that can be shared easily (we use Figma, Google Slides, and Notion)
• Intrinsic motivation towards seeking and incorporating constructive feedback in evolving designs to meet business objectives
• Humility, empathy, and open-mindedness - contributing without ego
• Bonus: Proficiency in creating slick animations / gifs for marketing and product usage
