The Position
The Digital Marketing Associate will work on the recruiting team and have ownership over our Facebook recruiting stream. With support from the team and management, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing strategies and campaigns on Facebook.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute all Facebook paid and organic campaigns.

Design, create, and maintain social media content and graphics.

Measure and report on digital marketing campaign KPIs and ROI.

Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights.

Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emergent technologies; provide thought leadership; provide perspective for adoption when appropriate.
Requirements
- At least one year of Facebook marketing experience
- Image editing and design expertise
- Strong copywriting knowledge
- Experience targeting blue collar workers a plus
- Able to work east coast hours
- Based in the USA
