The Opportunity

Digital Marketing Paid Search Strategist is a key member of the client services team for our rapidly growing organization. This role is responsible for building and executing successful Google and Bing paid search marketing campaigns for an assigned book of clients. The right individual will bring a collaborative and goal-oriented work style, combined with paid search digital marketing expertise to proactively position our clients to scale their businesses. 

You are a relationship and technical-focused digital marketer with a background in delivering successful digital marketing strategies for clients. You are an “out of the box” thinker, who is undaunted by failure and someone who likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture. You enjoy managing multiple priorities, you take the initiative, possess excellent time management skills, enthusiastically lead win-win conversations, and exploring new frontiers excites you. 

The Work Itself

  • Partner with clients to consult on overall paid search digital marketing strategies that create a win-win relationship 
  • Build and execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns inside of Google Ads & Bing PPC ads
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
  • Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords & audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients' goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Identify, maximize and present new opportunities for client growth
  • Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

The Skills You Bring

  • Prior experience with managing budgets in Google Ads and Bing Ads of $10k - $100k  
  • 2+ years professional-client strategy communication (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite
  • Experience managing multiple clients or business campaigns simultaneously
