We’re on the hunt for a highly creative and driven Digital Producer to join the Masterworks creative team in moving hearts & minds to action.


OVERVIEW

As a Digital Producer, you become the primary owner of the in-market creative and media performance for a suite of Masterworks’ clients. You’ll be in charge of executing our client’s creative strategies and optimizing current media performance through the design and development of a variety of digital products including web advertisements, videos, web properties, email automation, chatbot, and other media.

If everyone else around you and on a project were to fail, you would be willing to do whatever it took to pick up the slack and make it work. “Not my job” is not in your vocabulary. “How will I make this succeed” is.

Your duties will include managing and optimizing the performance of a book of assigned clients, partnering with creatives and platform specialists to optimize current projects, execute new projects, author work orders, and draft creative briefs.

In addition, a core part of your job is to help your clients make sense of their investment in digital by preparing performance and insights reports.

This job demands solid coordination with internal stakeholders at a variety of levels and across functions and the ability to oversee media plans/expectations to ensure performance. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a broad range of skills and understanding of marketing, design, and copywriting. You must also be able to use digital creative tools to produce assets with speed and efficiency. You have an analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in day-to-day project work for an assigned collection of clients
  • Manage and organize assets and digital workspaces
  • Own creative production and work with teams to get projects out the door
  • Author Campaign Briefs, Project Charters, Media Buyer tickets and other project-related documents to kickoff/execute project work
  • Write, Design, and Develop a variety digital media creative including ads, web pages, CRO tests, chatbots, videos, emails, etc
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations
  • Ensure Creative Directors are updated on the delivery/performance of digital efforts
  • Coordinate with project managers and studio managers to guarantee the workflow, and projects are being executed on time and on budget
  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Monitor and optimize active client campaigns
  • Keep apprised and knowledgeable of current trends and innovations in the field of direct market fund raising – what the leaders in the industry are doing – and how to integrate such new concepts, use of graphics and text that would enhance your assigned projects
  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements
  • Detailed attention to aesthetic detail and assure that best practices in non-profit marketing is employed, as well as the latest trends and discoveries

 

Requirements

 

  • Fast and good
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Be able to figure out things you’ve never done before
  • Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects), and other Mac-based computer software
    • Competency in Webflow, BannerSnack, BeePro, Facebook Creative Hub, or a willingness to learn quickly
  • A desire to learn about media buying, performance data, and media optimization
  • Manage and organize assets and digital workspaces
  • Own creative production and work with teams to get the work done if you can’t do it yourself
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sponge-like absorption of media and ability to keep up with the demands of an ever-changing industry
  • Demonstrate an active use of social and digital media in your own life (ie: if you don’t have a Facebook account, this is not the job for you)
  • Experience with basic programming: HTML, .CSS, JAVA
  • Ability to articulate and defend your work and design decisions with words in a way that promotes meaningful discussion and a better end-product
  • Embrace theories and understand the value of the scientific method in our work
