ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Enterprise Planning team. As Corporate FP&A leader, this individual will not only oversee the company’s financial planning process, including the multi-year, annual and quarterly planning cycles but also develop and improve processes to streamline and optimize financial planning, reporting and cash forecasting.

In addition, this individual will serve as the Finance business and thought partner to the Head of New Ventures and Chief Strategy Office. In this capacity, this individual will work with clients and other members of the Company’s management team to translate new corporate strategy ideas into financial models and scenarios that integrate into the Company’s long-range forecasts.

Additional responsibilities:

• Oversee integration and synthesis of management reporting, forecasts, and commentary; socialize with internal partners, the Company’s management team and the Company’s Board to influence decision-making on questions of corporate strategy, capital allocation and long-term financial planning
• Provide clients with monthly financial reporting on expenses and support during annual and quarterly budgeting/ planning processes
• Manage company performance scorecard to track trends and identify opportunities

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8-12 years of relevant finance experience, including experience in a corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in GAAP accounting and corporate finance concepts
• Financial modeling expertise and relevant experience
• Executive presence and ability to build and manage relationships with senior leaders and partners across the Company
• Ability and willingness to manage the details while also packaging insights for consumption by senior leaders
• Comfortable with (a lot of) ambiguity

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field; MBA and/ or CPA preferred
