The Red Hat Information Technology (IT) team is looking for a Director of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) delivery to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the next generation Red Hat Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM. In this role, you will lead and guide a team of analysts, technicians, project managers, and testers to deliver a scalable, standardized, and effective global CRM representing marketing, sales, finance, support, and partner eco-systems possible for a Red Hat.
- *Primary job responsibilities**
+ Partner with internal functions to ensure governance of global CRM business processes, including decisions on global harmonization and customization when required
+ Develop and deliver global CRM strategy, requirements, and vendor management
+ Use technical expertise and detailed understanding of system capabilities to maximize automation and process effectiveness
+ Make decisions on the prioritization of global business systems requirements and scheduling of systems work
+ Manage project financial management and ensure that initiatives stay within approved budgets
+ Cooperate with and guide business team leads to support adoption, adherence, and long-term management of supporting business models and process standards
+ Lead the team, including global business analysts, project managers, scrum masters, and solutions architects to ensure that agile development teams are delivering on customer and business needs
+ Master's degree in technology or business, or equivalent experience
+ Experience developing enterprise best-in-class Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions for $1B+ global businesses; previous experience with SFDC is a plus
+ Solid process acumen with 10+ years of experience in business transformations, technology solutions, or process design
+ Ability to quickly create solid cross-functional relationships and have excellent persuasive skills to pick and promote the right solution
+ Prior experience implementing SFDC in a global context is a big plus
+ 7+ years of experience with project management, systems management, or integration
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment, deliver quickly, and adapt to changing demands
+ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to gain business buy-in to global process harmonization and change
+ Ability to cultivate good collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group and across other company functions
+ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative business cases for and against exceptions or variations to enterprise business model and process standards
