Director, National Accounts job opportunity at kernel Introduction We build kernel, an enterprise software application designed for Medical Affairs departments in biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Our application helps medical-science liaison (MSL) teams identify and share medical insights and trends. We are experiencing strong demand and have five global companies in our pipeline representing an annual contract value in excess of $2 million. Our target customer is typically a director of MSL excellence or operations, a mid-career executive with an advanced scientific degree such as an M.D. or Pharm.D. Opportunity We are searching for our first full-time executive salesperson. As our Director, National Accounts, you will develop relationships with target customers and their colleagues at the world’s premier biotech and pharmaceutical companies to influence and facilitate the closing of new revenue opportunities. Ideally, you would have experience navigating the organization charts of prospective clients, identifying buyers’ decision criteria, and bringing the right decision-makers to reach a successful conclusion. You may work from home or a remote location and should expect light travel (2-3 industry conferences per year). This is a full-time position with generous base salary and incentive compensation.
