Reporting to Tackle’s VP of Marketing, you’ll build programs to engage and nurture our customer and partner (Cloud Provider) relationships. You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve had success building campaigns to drive retention and expansion opportunities, you’re passionate about the power of customer advocacy, and you can build differentiated relationships resulting in business success. 



You Will:
  • Build the customer and partner marketing function from the ground up and set the standard for how marketing will work hand-in-hand with Customer Journey, Sales, and Alliances
  • Collaborate with Customer Journey, Sales, and Product Marketing to build integrated programs that will drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell
  • Partner with the Alliances team to build strong relationships with key contacts in AWS, Azure, GCP, and other Cloud Partner’s organizations and create and execute a plan to market with them and to them 
  • Develop and drive customer and partner communications for new releases, company announcements, and events
  • Help customers connect with other customers, build word of mouth, celebrate customer successes, and ensure we have clear engagement across the customer lifecycle
  • Work with Content Marketing to develop campaigns that showcase customers through case studies, blogs, and videos 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on customer and partner events, including communities, user groups, and webinars
  • Work with product marketing and graphic design to develop customer and partner-focused content and collateral
  • Market with the Cloud Providers around new service launches and related Tackle integrations aligning to their launch timelines 
  • Report on the performance of campaigns and impact on retention and expansion metrics for customers and net new opportunities from our partners



You Have:
  • Have 8-10  years of experience in customer or partner marketing for SaaS products 
  • Experience working with one or more of the three major Cloud Marketplaces is a plus (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms like Hubspot or Marketo
