To harness the massive demand, we’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Sales Director to expand our customer base and lead our sales team through rapid growth. Role NoRedInk is seeking a talented and driven Sales Director to lead and manage our sales organization. You will report directly to the CEO as a member of the leadership team, working cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, product and recruiting. You will help NoRedInk double its sales team in 2019 and build a metrics driven, high performing sales organization. Responsibilities Manage SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise sales teams and understand the keys to success for the different teams Hire, lead and develop front line management and sales reps to build a best-in-class sales team Work cross functionally and collaboratively to build scalable systems, tools, and processes to enable the team to be successful Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, and the scrappiness necessary to succeed at a small company Exemplify NoRedInk’s mission and values About You 2+ years of second-line management experience 5+ years of experience in building & scaling sales organizations A proven track record of success in selling B2B SaaS products Experience using Salesforce to optimize sales performance You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment If you’re looking to work remote, you have experience managing a remote team.
