Position DescriptionThe Revenue Operations Director will work cross-functionally with business owners to manage operational issues, understand and execute policies, implement processes, frame recommendations to improve and scale the support provided by the revenue operations team. You will be responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for managing resources within salesforce Order to Cash / Quote to Compensation. This encompasses organic growth as well as resources secured during mergers and acquisitions.
This role is charged with managing day-to-day operation activities that drive revenues and costs while meeting SLA's to internal customers. You will act as the leader of a shared service center for other regional and global operation teams, which work closely with the sales team to understand issues and challenges, and determine best strategy for operationalizing.
You must have a proven track record of solving complex problems, resolving conflict, and implementing innovative solutions. Ideal candidates have specific experience with project lifecycle management. This role must act independently and own the implementation and impacts of assigned projects, and demonstrate the ability to be successful in a team-oriented environment.
