This is your time to shine! Salesforce is now hiring top high school graduates for our Dual Study Bachelor of Science with a focus on digital management and transformation. Develop your technology and business skills and build your career with Salesforce!

About Salesforce
Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. The company was founded on three disruptive ideas: a new technology model in cloud computing, a pay-as-you-go business model, and a new integrated corporate philanthropy model. These founding principles have taken our company to great heights, including being named one of Forbes's "World's Most Innovative Company" six years in a row and one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" nine years in a row. We are the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, and this level of growth equals incredible opportunities to grow a career at Salesforce. Together, with our whole Ohana (Hawaiian for "family") made up of our employees, customers, partners and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world.

Dual Study Program in Munich, Germany:
This is a unique 36-month dual bachelor of science program combining Software Engineering and Business in collaboration with Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin. Your experience at Salesforce will allow you to rotate in various roles within our sales, operations and technical sales departments. The program offers continuous development and growth opportunities centered on comprehensive learning paths, coaching and mentoring programs, and challenging projects, all while being part of our Ohana community. For our 2019 October intake, we are seeking high school graduates for our German Headquarters in Munich, Germany.

What will you be doing?

All students in this program will do a rotation in the sales, technical sales and/or operations teams.

As a dual student, you will undergo a dynamic, yet intensive onboarding and enablement program, during which you will:
  • develop a deep understanding of our products and business
  • learn critical soft skills and skills you'll need to develop into your role
  • build your network with your bachelor cohort
Afterwards, you will:
  • work as a full-fledged member of your team
  • carry own responsibilities
  • build your practical skills and expertise through internal projects
  • build your network with the greater Salesforce team
What is in it for me?
We are a successful cloud company, and your skills, dedication, and curiosity will help us continue to innovate and grow. Working at Salesforce you will therefore have the opportunity to significantly impact how we deliver customer success.

During the program you will acquire official industry standard Salesforce certifications, and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. Depending on your profile, a strong emphasis will be placed on learning skills related to the areas of business acumen and how to engage with customers, and through our strong coaching culture, we aim to develop you into a world-class professional, poised to grow your career anywhere at Salesforce.

Salesforce will take over the tuition fees and travel costs for your bachelor of science degree with a focus on digital management and transformation in small study groups at the largest German private university Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin SHB (lectures about 10-15x per year Monday-Saturday) with international recognition.

Who are we looking for?
We consider high-school applicants as well as professionals w/o degree with IT-experience, and place great emphasis on your cultural fit with our unique Ohana, which is the Hawaiian word for "family", and is one of our most important values. Furthermore, to apply for this Dual Study, you:
  • Are passionate about the impact technology can have on the world
  • Have technical affinity and interest as you will learn among others to program during your degree
  • Are ambitious, curious and self-motivated
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills to combine your studies and work
  • Clear drive to be successful in both your studies and work environment
  • Have the ability and flexibility to adapt to new opportunities and change
  • Are fluent in English and German
